Dr. Archana Vardhan is an Ayurveda Clinician and herbal medicine practitioner specialized in spiritual healing, prakriti assessment and therapeutic yoga. Ayurveda can helps in attaining ideal health, balanced mind and high spirit. With 10 years of experience Dr. Archana has treated diseases like Diabetes, PCOS, Acne, Stress/Insomnia, Arthritis, Skin Problems, Dysmenorrhoea, Post Natal Recovery, Antenatal Care, Pain Management, Obesity, Hypothyroidism, and Acidity.

 

Jay Kalathil is a regular yoga practitioner and a spiritual seeker who pursues the path of knowledge (Jnana Yoga).  He is the founder of Mukthi Yoga Group (mukthi.com). The mission of MUKTHI (liberation from limitations) is to help individuals to achieve physical, mental and spiritual health to lead a joyful life. In 2003, Jay started offering free YOGA classes every weekend at Durga Temple in Fairfax Station, Virginia. He is an active volunteer for Life in Yoga foundation.
