Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a healing system developed in China more than 2000 years ago. It  involves the use of diet, herbal medicine, acupuncture, Qi gong, Tai Chi, and Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) to restore smooth flow of Qi (life energy) through the body.  An obstruction in the smooth flow of Qi is seen to cause health problems.
