A Wellness Vision is the catalyst that inspires sustainable lifestyle changes. It is a statement that brings into sharp focus the best version of you, by defining your underlying motivations and providing clarity for goal setting. If you find you lack a well-defined plan for reaching your aspirations, you may benefit from creating a vision. This workshop introduces you to all of the dimensions of well-being to help you determine those areas that may require nourishment in order to achieve optimal wellness.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Explore all of the dimensions of wellness
  • Create your personal Wellness Vision
  • Evaluate your strengths
  • Identify obstacles to wellness and strategies for addressing them
  • Set initial wellness goals
  • Learn ways to achieve a well-balanced lifestyle

Since the holiday season is upon us, we will also discuss strategies for managing holiday tasks (such as holiday shopping, celebrations, and hosting events).  The holidays are a time of joy for most people, however it can also be a stressful period. We will discuss helpful tips and techniques to stay on the wellness path during the holidays.

BONUS: You will have access to a private Facebook Group to share ideas, support and feedback. Plus, you will have the opportunity to communicate with Dr. Kristine Erickson via e-mail for two weeks following the workshop for personalized support and guidance.

Dr. Kristine Erickson is a Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and Psychologist. At the National Institutes of Health and the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists she investigated topics such as effects of stress and stress hormones on the brain, emotional processing and memory, and women's health issues. In 2012, at 50 pounds overweight, she realized she needed to change her lifestyle. Now she inspires others to identify their own wellness vision and assists them on their own journey of discovery.
