One of the most common causes of chronic neck and back pain is poor posture. Improper postural habits put unnecessary stress on muscles and ligaments and create muscular imbalances.

In this workshop you will learn how postural awareness and specific yoga poses can provide relief for chronic neck, shoulder and back pain. We will practice specific yoga and poses to balance the muscles and joints of the neck and back as well as enhance circulation in the neck and shoulders. You will also learn specific postures and stretches that you can weave into your workday to help cultivate proper posture and release tension.

"Yoga is the fountain of youth. You are only as young as your spine is flexible." ~Bob Harper
