Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a healing system developed in China more than 2000 years ago. It involves the use of diet, herbal medicine, acupuncture, Qi gong, Tai Chi, and Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) to restore smooth flow of Qi (life energy) through the body. An obstruction in the smooth flow of Qi is seen to cause health problems.

I am a Naturopathic Doctor, and soon to be Licensed Acupuncturist (May 2017). I am a primary care physician, but also specialize in pain management, sleep hygiene, and weight loss. My dedication is in improving people's quality of life by improving their health. Tools that I use include homeopathy, nutrition, lifestyle modification, acupuncture, and botanical medicine. Methods I use include detailed intakes, lab analysis, and physical assessment. I feel passionate about working with professional women, traveling enthusiasts, and the aging population.
Random fact of interest: I’m half German, half Japanese, lived in Cambodia, and love tasting food of all cultures. In my spare time, I like to tend to my plants and make herbal concoctions.
