Interested in a private session? I offer private sessions to adults, teens, and kids. As a Yoga Instructor and Health Coach, I am committed to helping people improve their health and well-being. I am passionate about helping others become healthier and happier. I offer health coaching, private yoga classes, and mindfulness meditation sessions.
I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. It’s important to look at how all areas of our lives are connected — the lifestyle we live, the activities we do, the food we eat, and the thoughts we think. I provide coaching on how you can make healthy choices in each of these areas, known as "The 4 Pillars of Health":
Dr. Sears Health and Wellness program was created by world renowned doctor, William Sears, MD. It focuses on scientifically proven, clinically based solutions. The good news is that you don't have to diet, count calories, or restrict yourself in order to have a healthy body, a full life, and a happy heart. In fact, healthy changes are not only attainable, but also sustainable. Small changes in your everyday choices and behaviors can make a big difference in your overall well-being and health.
The combination of my yoga, meditation, and health coach training enables me to provide an inspiring and integrative approach to life. I offer guidance to people that are interested in integrating a mind-body practice as well, such as yoga or meditation. These practices build awareness, mindfulness, and presence which are important in providing balance and harmony in the body and mind. I’m currently enrolled in a CDC-approved Diabetes Prevention Program and will also be a certified Lifestyle Coach in September 2019.
Furthermore, I’m a certified Brain Longevity® Specialist with The Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF), and I will soon be completing a 160-hour Meditation Teacher Training program. I also offer BrainTap meditation sessions in Annapolis, MD. The BrainTap meditation headset is wonderful! I encourage you to try it out. You can schedule a 20-minute service, or it can be included with your one-hour private session.
