Essential oils have been used for therapeutic purposes for thousands of years. Essential oils are highly concentrated natural oils extracted from plants, flowers, roots, wood, bark, or seeds. They can be used aromatically, topically, and even internally. Essential oils are often used for relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, skin care, respiratory health, and immune support. They are known for their healing and purifying benefits.

During this workshop, we will be focusing on essential oils for the home and self-care. You will learn different ways to use them to nourish the mind and body. There will be a raffle during the workshop, and we will be giving out free samples!
